POLICY ON THE PREVENTION OF MOBBING AND DISCRIMINATION


1.Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish the fundamental principles for creating a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive working environment for all employees within our company, and to prevent behaviors involving mobbing, psychological harassment, and discrimination.

Our company recognizes respect for employees’ personal rights, human dignity, and the principle of equal opportunity as an integral part of its corporate values.

2.Scope

This policy applies to all employees, managers, interns, suppliers, visitors, and all parties engaged in business relations with the company.

3.Policy Principles

Our company:

  • Does not tolerate discrimination among employees based on language, religion, gender, age, marital status, physical characteristics, or similar reasons,
  • Adopts the principle of equal opportunity in recruitment, job assignments, training, career development, performance evaluation, and working conditions,
  • Encourages inclusive practices that support the participation and development of female employees in business life,
  • Supports an open communication environment where employees can freely express their opinions and suggestions,
  • Aims to establish a workplace culture that is safe, respectful, and protective of employee rights.

4.Definition of Mobbing and Discrimination

Mobbing refers to all behaviors that systematically subject an employee to pressure, exclusion, psychological distress, or negatively affect their working life.

Discrimination refers to unequal treatment of employees based on gender or personal differences.

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable:

  • Engaging in humiliating, degrading, or exclusionary behavior,
  • Creating constant pressure or psychological discomfort,
  • Gender-based discriminatory statements and practices,
  • Preventing employees from expressing their opinions,
  • Using threats, insults, or communication that undermines employee dignity.

5.Reporting and Evaluation Process

Employees may report mobbing, discrimination, or unethical behavior they encounter to their managers, the Human Resources department, or company management.

All reports shall be evaluated in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. No retaliatory action against employees who submit reports shall be permitted.

Where necessary, investigations shall be conducted and appropriate corrective/preventive actions shall be planned.

6.Responsibilities

All employees are responsible for complying with the provisions of this policy.

Managers are responsible for maintaining practices that promote equal opportunity, respectful communication, and the protection of employee rights within the workplace.

7.Effectiveness

This policy shall enter into force on the date it is published on the company’s website by company management.
